Supervision
CBT & EMDR Supervisor & Lecturer | Accredited EMDR Practitioner | EMDR Consultant-in-Training
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Supervisor with over 15 years in clinical practice, accredited as a CBT Therapist (BABCP) and as an EMDR Child and Adult Practitioner. Currently a consultant-in-training, I also hold qualifications as an ADHD assessor and have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. Alongside my clinical work, I am a qualified Lecturer, teaching on a Master’s programme in CBT. I regularly assess Practice Assessment Documents (PADs), mark clinical essays, and serve as a trained Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) assessor, supporting the development of future CBT practitioners.

I offer individual and group supervision for both qualified therapists and trainees, combining a strong evidence-based foundation with a compassionate, relaxed, and good-humoured approach.
